Thankfully I stumbled across the Kelly Starrett Mobility WOD billed as mobility for CrossFit series.
There’s thousands of mobility for CrossFit videos on YouTube but none of them come close to the insights and specific mobility drills with Kelly Starrett of San Francisco Crossfit. If you are under 40, you’ll want to tune in because as somebody who’s over 40, I am doing this now and wish I understood these concepts 20 years ago.
